Kristen Kish, 'Top Chef' Winner, Takes Over Hosting Duties from Padma Lakshmi

Kristen Kish, winner of Top Chef Season 10, will replace Padma Lakshmi as the host of the Bravo culinary competition series.

Kish will make her debut as the host in Season 21 of Top Chef.

Padma Lakshmi had been the host of Top Chef since the show's inception but announced her departure on June 2, 2023.

Kish will join head judge Tom Colicchio and judge Gail Simmons at the judges' table.

Both Colicchio and Simmons also serve as executive producers of the show.

Kish has previous experience in culinary television, having appeared as a judge on Chopped Junior, Dismantled, and Easy-Bake Battle: The Home Cooking Competition.

She has also co-starred in Fast Foodies and co-hosted Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend.

Kish recently starred in and produced the docuseries Restaurants at the End of the World.

Kish expressed her excitement about hosting Top Chef, stating that it feels like coming home for her.

The upcoming season will feature new talented chefs, and Kish is looking forward to discovering their culinary creations alongside Gail and Tom.
